Putting our mission into action
Optify was founded in 2018 by Pam Krulitz, Kris Carpenter, and Lisa Banks with a clear mission: to make leadership
coaching accessible to more people. The work began with coaching, partnering directly with organizations to
support leaders through 1:1 coaching and human-centered development experiences. Early partnerships with
innovative companies like Lyft and Deltek reinforced a simple insight: coaching creates powerful change, but
scaling that impact requires more than one-on-one support alone.
As Optify’s work expanded to support leaders at the mid and enterprise levels, the founders recognized that
sustainable leadership development works best as an integrated system. In response, Optify evolved its approach,
combining workshops, leadership content, AI-supported coaching, and human coaching into cohesive
development journeys, with technology built to enable and connect it all at scale.
Today, Optify focuses on integrated leadership development solutions that meet leaders where they are and grow
with organizations over time. Through a combination of coaching, learning experiences, and enabling technology,
Optify has supported over 10,000 leaders globally, helping organizations deliver leadership development that is
human, measurable, and built to scale.
